Noëlle Baartmans is an Amsterdam-based interior designer working across residential and commercial projects, from first concept to final detail.

Her background is in styling. Her instinct comes from travel, markets, workshops, studios, the things you find when you're looking for something else. The work lives in that intersection: vintage and contemporary, natural textures against bold color, the familiar made unexpected.

Every project begins with the person. How they move through a room, what they reach for, what they want to come home to. From there, everything follows. Palette, material, proportion, detail, until the space feels entirely theirs.

Her studio at Ruysdaelkade 71 in Amsterdam opens on Fridays as a shop: a rotating collection of furniture, objects and accessories sourced from independent makers. The selection changes with the studio's current mood.
